职位描述
Basic Demands
1. 3 years experiences of Quality Engineers, preferable work as Customer Quality Engineer.
2. Proficient in English preferable CET6
3. Knowledge of ISO9001, TS16949 or ISO13485.
4. Knowledge of quality tools, such as QC 7 tools, Minitable tool, Control plan, FMEA
5. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Material Science
6. 3 Years Experience in Plastic Injection Molding
7. Working Knowledge in TS16949 including but not limit to APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC
8. Good communication skills and team work spirit, high sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
Job Description
1. Responsible for managing customer complaint, serve as window to customer for quality related issue.
2. Take lead to discuss internally for all customer complaint with all relevant party to have root-cause analysis and established CAPA and provide recommendations for improvement.
3. To have daily production line inspection and highlight any major quality issue and take lead to work with team to have root-cause analysis and come out CAPA.
4. Handle customer audit and any ad-hoc requirement from customer.
5. Involved in all new project and established the quality inspection plan as well as quality control plan, FMEA , SPC, MSA.
6. Work with PMD to have limit samples established during NPI state, to prepare jig and fixture for FA used and MSA requirement.
7.Work with PMD and production when there is any ECN changed especially involved tool changed.
8. To provide disposition for customer RTV parts and work with MRB team to dispose the parts promptly.
9. To drive and work with out-source vendor on out-source parts when there is quality issue and rejects.
10. Provide cosmetic standard requirement training for IPQC as well as out-source vendor base on customer requirement and feedback.
11. Signed limit sample for QC for ease of quality judgment.
12. Any other tasks assigned by CQE supervisor or QA manager.
