Job Description:

Management /support of the stretching line business on sites in China

-Support BMS/BO line erection and start-up activities on site by recruiting, developing, and providing qualified staffs

-Responsible for process, electrical and mechanical activities of BTC employees on sites in close coordination with PM and the concerned departments

-Responsible for taking, supporting measures ( process, electrical and mechanical related) in critical stages during all phases of production line setup on sites in close coordination with PM and concerned departments

Management of the Brueckner Servtec Business in China

-Development of the after sales business in China

-Responsible for after sales operations and related interdisciplinary tasks (process, electrical and mechanical) after warranty period

Leadership

-Guiding staff members (coaching, encouraging and challenging)

-Develop and implement training concepts for employees and /or customer staff

-Recruiting concepts and career planning in cooperation with HR Department

Reporting to General Management

Job Requirements:

-Studies at institute of higher education (University, TU, FH, HTL) (engineering/plastics engineering)

-Long term (min 8years) work experience in stretching line Business

-Business fluent command of English

-Computer skills (SAP R/3-Project System module, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project)

-Organizing ability, sense of discernment, cost awareness, assertiveness, experience in dealing with various mentalities, willingness to travel aboard

-Social skills (soft skills): target-oriented implementation of social, fluency and leadership skills

-Preferable with experience in Chinese culture and mentality
