Qualifications:
Education
Collage/University graduation with Auto-control, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering major.
Experience
Have at least 3 years engineering experience in the field of electric and mechanical equipment & facility maintenance.
Knowledge and Skills
1.Good knowledge of auto-control system.
2.Ability to use PLC and Computer hardware;
3.Auto-CAD;
4.Office software: word, excel, powerpoint, email system expertly;

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods;
2.Regular and daily maintenance of equipment & facility to ensure maximum service life and utilization.
3.Troubleshooting, recover production line as soon as possible; and regard it as first priority at any time.
4.Install new equipment & line setup as needed;
5.Diagnosing breakdown problems, to reduce down time and keep plant running smoothly;
6.Spare part management (definition and purchasing), setup reasonable safety stock to avoid line down risk, and well control the cost.
7.Directing, instructing and supervising maintenance technicians and fitters;
8.Liaising with client departments and customers;
9.Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components;
10.Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment;
11.Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs;
12.Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
13.Knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949 concept, quality management & standards; conduct the document control and corrective actions in the equipment and facility, to meet the ISO9001/TS16949 requirements;
14.Ability to lead the productivity toward continuous improvement on equipment and facility side;
May need to work in shifts.
