Job Description:

Perform patent searches for patentability, IP Freedom to Operate, and competitors' research & development, and product/patent landscapes.

Provide targeted summaries in response to patent search and competitive intelligence inquiries from patent attorneys, engineers and business clients.

Use search tools and databases and good IT skills. Must be familiar with performing automotives related searches and analyses.

Draft patent documentation such as claims and descriptions by working together with external patent agents and internal researcher.

Qualification:

We ask for flexibility, a focus to details, eagerness to learn and develop, good inter-personal skills and candidates should be fluent in English reading & writing.

Familiar with systematic innovation methods such as TRIZ, invention on demand etc.

Master degree in the technical fields of image processing/pattern recognition; Working experience in patent search field of at least 3 years.

Taking the time needed and online data to the necessary extent. Quick technical understanding and analysis skill; Self-motivated and initiative; Persuasive team worker and proactive; Good communication skills, experience in multinational company will be a plus.
