职责描述：
1.Develop, implement the strategy of Purchase & Logistic department to support business /corporate/company objectives and development .
2.Manage and lead the team to achieve the goals and objectives for the business development.
3.Optimize the supplier base to minimize the operational risks and achieve cost savings.
4.Perform periodic supplier performance assessment and drive for improvement;
5.Conduct regular contract review with existing suppliers;
6.Manage the contract management and ensure its effectiveness and comply with company regulations.
7.Work closely with production and sales team to ensure production material planning and procurement is under control. Ensure the on time delivery of products and on time supply of materials.
8.Coordinate with master scheduling team regarding the sales and operation planning process through demand and forecast analysis versus capacity planning.
9.Manage import & export and customs compliance.
10.Improve internal control to ensure the compliance of business practice with legal or corporate requirements.
11.Departmental budget control.
12.Other tasks assigned by company.
