职位描述
Duties & Responsibilities工作职责
1. Develop, implement and maintain a consistent quality control system in alignment with customer/project requirement开发,实施和维护持续的质量控制系统以满足客户和项目的要求。
2.Work closely with project teams to facilitate the effective ramp-up of new customer/project platforms.与项目小组密切合作确保新客户/项目的有效导入量产。
3.Monitor, evaluate, analyze the key indicators of product and process quality (e.g. MRB, External PPM, Customer Complaint, Customer CAR, FPY, etc.) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of quality systems.监控、评估、分析产品和过程的关键指标(例如MR,外部PPM、顾客投诉、客户纠正措施、直通率等),以有效改进质量系统。
4.Support QC on identifying, promoting, delivering and utilizing quality system tools, techniques and concepts to address critical, urgent and systemic quality problems.帮助检验员识别,提升和使用质量系统工具、技术和理念传达以解决关键和紧急的质量系统问题。
5.Develop and maintain relationships with customers to improve communication and understanding.发展和维持与客户的关系以增进沟通和理解。
6.Address customer concerns and complaint, CAR and follow up with corrective and preventive actions.解决客户投诉,纠正预防措施的跟进.
7.Maintain close and effective communication among departments, project teams and other support personnel to improve quality performance. 与其它部门及项目小组密切沟通,以提升质量绩效。
8.Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives as required to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality systems and product quality.主导和参与持续改进项目以提高质量系统的有效性和产品的质量。
9.Develop and maintain a quality report based upon company, corporate or project/customer requirements. 根据客户或者公司的要求开展和维护质量报告系统。
10.Provide technical support and coach to project engineer on project quality performance.在项目方面提供技术支持以及培训。
11.Develop and train QC personnel on the quality control process and methodology.培训检验员质量控制过程和方法。
Specific Skills / Background Required:要求
1.Minimum of a 3 year Engineering Technology diploma complemented by 2 years’ project management experience in multinational companies.工程技术本科,两年以上外企项目管理经验。
2.2 years experience in a Project Quality Management role 两年以上项目质量管理经验
3.In depth knowledge of ISO9000 standards, UL, etc.ISO9000及UL等相关知识
4.Demonstrated knowledge and direct experience with quality tools熟悉各种质量工具 (i.e. Kanban, 5S, Cpk, Cmk, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, etc...)
5.Extensive practical and theoretical GD&T knowledge and experience a necessity; 丰富的几何和形位公差知识和经历。
6.Computer literate, capable of working with MS Office;熟悉各种办公软件。
7.Able to command English fluently both in writing and speaking. Able to write English meeting minutes and give presentation in English.能够用英文书写和对话;能够用英文记录会议记录和演示。
8.Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal a must;良好的书面和口头沟通技能;
9.Good decision maker. 能做决断。
10.Ability to delegate tasks, develop people effectively.能够进行有效进行工作分配和授权。
