Responsibilities
工作职责：
1. Assist warehouse supervisor to check and verify the order quantity, item description, packaging, manufacturer, delivery note, and invoice against delivery.
协助仓库主管对来料进行清点，核对订单数量、品名、包装完好程度，供应商名称、送货单，发票等资料和信息的正确性、完整性。
2. Assist warehouse supervisor to book the new delivery into stock. Verify the storage location and quantities carefully against ERP system.
协助仓库主管进行来料入库。仔细核对仓库的储存位置和数量，保持系统数据与仓储位置、数量一致无误。
3. Assist warehouse supervisor to collect and dispatch the components to each workroom and ensure the items are picked correctly and quantity is accurate.
协助仓库主管对生产用料进行收集、发放给各生产车间，确保物料正确、数量准确。
4. Assist warehouse supervisor to book in the finished stock, and verify the batch number, production order, storage location carefully and ensure the data is compliant with ERP system.
协助仓库主管对产成品进行入库，仔细核对产品批号、订单号、库位，保持系统与实际库存的批号，库位号，数量一致。
5. Be in charge of returning the components to warehouse if there is any remain left from production workroom, and ensure the ERP system is updated and be compliant with the physical stocks.
负责生产过程中剩余的原材料返回原材料仓库，并负责更新系统保持原材料的数量、位置等信息与实物一致。
6. Assist warehouse supervisor to dispatch the products to domestic customers and ensure the goods quantity is compliant with dispatch order.
协助仓库主管发货给国内客户，确保国内客户的订货数量、品种与实际发放的货物一致，并负责更新系统使实物与系统一致。
7. Be in charge of update monthly freight /shipping cost spreadsheet.
负责更新每月发货运输成本的记录报告清单与汇总。
8. Be in charge of warning warehouse supervisor if there would be possible of short of components.
负责提醒仓库主管可能出现的成品及原材料短缺。
9. Assist warehouse supervisor to check components, finished products etc monthly and update it against ERP system.
协助仓库主管每月清点仓库原材料、半成品、成品数量，并更新系统保持一致。
10. Assist warehouse supervisor to quarantine defective products/ components and update the spreadsheet monthly.
协助仓库主管对存在质量问题或者待处理的产品进行隔离并每月汇总报告。
11. Assist warehouse supervisor to assemble goods for loading container or air shipping.
协助仓库主管采集货物以便装柜海运出口或者空运。
12. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
主管交代的其它任务。
