职位描述：
岗位职责：
- 组织领导工厂的成本核算、存货控制及其他会计核算等方面工作，明确关帐流程；
- 完善工厂财务会计制度，履行财务监督职能；
- 管理各类税务登记、纳税申报等涉税工作，确保工厂税务合规；
- 参与制定工厂预算、财务收支计划、成本费用计划、及财务报告，初步审核涉及财务收支的重大业务计划、经济合同等，实施并监督审批后的计划及制度；
- 组织做好财务系统文件、资料、记录的保管与定期归档工作；
- 能带领团队，善于跨部门沟通.

任职要求：
- 8年以上从业经验；3年以上在制造型企业财务经理或管理经验；
- 善于发现问题，解决问题；
- 熟悉成本核算、帐务、税收管理、进出口等整套帐务处理。
- 具有良好的组织、协调和分析能力。
- 本科及以上学历，财务管理相关专业；
- 熟练使用ERP及各类办公软件,有SAP经验者优先
- 具有挂牌或上市企业的财务经验优先； 举报 分享
