职位描述：

Basic responsibilities:

1. Follow related standard to check the machine made, to make sure the released machine safety;

2. Build new design of hardware in specific test machine according Spec from customer;

3. Review design with customer; evaluate the estimated costs and lead-time;

4. Support purchasing and the workshop, for the detail of the design, the ordering of the materials and realization of the equipment;

5. Organize the release and start up of the equipment, according to checklist;

6. Implement all necessary changes and deliver an up to date and complete drawing;

7. Design test jigs, test fixture, tooling, electronic circuits, PCB Layout according to design rule;

8. Finish the test BOM and combine it into final BOM;

9. Check in the schematic and layout of PCB and wiring into SVN for version management;

10. Give feedback to the project leaders and resource owners for ongoing projects;

11. Build up a good communication with other departments, purchaser, projects, QC, logistics, Member of inner project teams;

12. Realize the standardization of test design; make and share the building block to all test engineers;

13. Follow all other company rule in every day work;

14. Other works assigned by leadership.

Skills:

1. Familiar with major test instrumentation, such as DMM, PPS and Oscilloscopes;

2. Familiar with Labview & Teststand or C#;

3. Have strong experience about FCT, test fixture and ICT equipment related design, ICT fixture experience is a plus;

4. Familiar with circuit design with EDA tools;

5. Capacity to analyze the customer specification about product test and make the test solution is preferred;

6. Be skilled in the analog test, like voltage, current, etc. Be familiar with the CAN and LIN communication;

7. Be able to use English as working language.

Related work experience:

1. Minimum 5 years in test engineer’s position. Test software and hardware work experience preferred;

2. Formal education or equivalent;

3. Bachelor of Science degree or related field, Master of Science is preferred.

Others:

1. Be able to bear high work pressure;

2. Good interpersonal and communication skills and team-working;

3. Accept business travel.

基本技能：

1. 熟悉主要的测试工具，如DMM、PPS和示波器等；

2. 熟悉 Labview、Teststand或C语言等；

3. 有较强的FCT、测试夹具和ICT设备相关设计经验，有ICT设备经验优先；

4. 熟悉 EDA工具的电路设计；

5. 对产品测试的客户规格进行分析，并使测试解决方案更受欢迎；

6. 熟悉使用模拟测试，如电压、电流等。熟悉CAN和LIN通讯；

7. 能够使用英语作为工作语言。

相关工作经验：

1. 至少5年测试工程师的职位，有测试软件和测试硬件工作经验者优先；

2. 正规教育或者同等学历；

3. 理工科学士或相关专业，理科硕士优先。

其他：

1. 能够承受工作压力；

2. 良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神；

3. 接受出差。
