The position will entail the following responsibilities:

Familar with Kingdee ERP system, especially Sales/Purchasing/GL/Inventory, familiar with the process. Kingdee production module is not necessary, but need has standard cost experience.
Contact sales to issue invoice including the tools sales and check related costing in time accordingly the sales.
Review prepayment record and work with purchasing department to get it invoiced in time;
Send the AR aging report to customers and send the confirmation with principle supplier
Review any prepayment longer than 3 months must be investigated and solved in immediate coming month;
Compare expense with previous month after journal entry completed to ensure no expense missed
Work with other department to accrue un-invoiced expense on monthly basis;
Monthly tax declaration experience.
Have contacting experience with overseas staff.
Support finance manager to achieve finance jobs on time.


Applicants should fit the following general profile:

More than 4 years working experience in multinational company;
Above College degree, majored in Finance accounting
Skillful in Writing and reading in English,Fluent in oral English is preferred
Positive working attitude and be able to work under pressure.
Good team work spirit.
