职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitates the implementation of productivity & process improvements to achieve cost & lead time goal.
2. Implements new technology to improve manufacturing productivity & quality.
3. Maintains configuration control of MOT's, NC programs, Machine Tooling, BPCS data & trace ability.
4. Responsible for the preparation & maintenance of MOT & assists manufacturing employees in resolving tooling, MOT and all manufacturing issues.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering or other closely related technical discipline.
2. Over 3 years experience in manufacture engineering area.
3. Read & understand B/P notes, specifications, or other necessary documentation written in English.
4. Understand machining methods & equipment including: turning, milling, drilling, tapping, grinding, reaming, & boring for both in manual & N/C machines.
5. Convert B/P requirements into organized operation sequences, and pass competency assessment.
6. N/C programming skills, including knowledge of machine 'G' & 'M' codes.
7. Capable of specifying work-holding devices such as jaws and fixtures.
8. Ability to design manufacturing drawings for fixtures and gages and other tools necessary for product manufacturing.
9. Coach supplier for fixture and gage rework, fabrication, assembly, and inspection process.
10. Trained for cost reduction methodology.
11. Have six-sigma Greenbelt certification or completed training is a plus.
