职位描述：
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the site. Supports the Site Director and managers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
? Answer and direct phone calls
? Provide general support to visitors
? Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
? Maintain contact lists
? Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
? Assist in the preparation and maintenance of regularly scheduled reports
? Requisitions supplies, printing, maintenance, or other services through appropriate channels
? Submit and reconcile expense reports

● Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
● Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area
● Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
● Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions
