职位描述：
Responsibilities:有产品、工装夹具设计工作经验，熟练使用二维、三维软件。
1. Evaluate, develop, improve and document manufacturing processes. Analyze existing process flows for improvements in quality, cost and safety,
2. Provide technical support to production personnel and production. Work closely with the manufacturing department to develop coordinate and implement technical training for employees. Prepare work instructions. Fixture design. Train, test and approve operators. Process trouble shooting.
3. Develop router for products, process flow and labor hours
4. Develop and manage projects for process improvements, new product development, safety, quality improvements and capital appropriations.
5. Support existing and new product development with equipment and tooling design, develop cost/quotes, manufacturing process development.
6. Create and maintain tooling drawings, equipment requirements, plant layouts
7. Other:
a. Support for lean principles
b. Support the effective maintenance of equipment and tooling
Education and Experience:
1. BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of educational and experience
2. 4 years manufacturing experience
3. Knowledgeable in production processes and manufacturing, preferably in heat exchange manufacturing
4. Technical skills in Lean Manufacturing required.
5. Industrial or automotive heat transfer background
6. Communicate in oral and written English
7. Able to use CAD systems, Autocad or Solidworks
