职位描述：
General Summary

Perform In-process quality control and GP12 inspection management for Plant Quality, act as SRG internal customer detect more failure to avoid batch defect flow to next process and protect external customer against more complaint happening in customer side.

Essential Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for IPQC / GP12 routine inspection job management according to production planning and shipment requirement, including people training, overtime management, turnover rate management, Hold location management, etc；
2. IPQC/GP12 abnormal issue highlight to the related function team for improvement and effectiveness tracking;
3. Abnormal process control to avoid the Non-conforming flow to next process, authorized to stop line when abnormal quality split occurs.
4. Support plant customer complaint and continuous improvement / scrap reduction project;
5.Feedback the new project inspection result to cross function team on time and push the team to continuous improvement, further support the project launch smoothly;
6.Responsible for rework area management including the rework process, 5S, data collect and feedback, etc;
7.Lead IPQC / GP12 Team;
8.Comply with EHS system’s requirements;
9.Other duties as assigned from manager;

Qualification

1.Bachelor degree, preferably in an engineering technology field
2.5 years experience in automotive quality is preferred
3.Familiar with tools, e.g. SPC, MSA, etc.
4.Good problem solving skills.
5.Good computer skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
6.Good leadership.
7.Excellent oral and written communications skills especially for customer interaction.
