- Quality monitoring of all processes, incoming and outgoing goods

- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and serve as contact window to facilitate the successful accomplishment of business objectives

- Participate in APQP process and support team in feasibility study

- Ensure that the launch of the project into mass production is acc. project schedule and no open issues are interfering with a smooth production anymore

- Provide personnel planning (recruitment requests, shift planning, holiday planning etc.) to HR Manager and GM

Qualification Requirements 任职资格
- Bachelor degree with major in Quality Management
大学本科学历, 学士学位,, 主修质量管理
- 8+ years working experience in Quality Management, preferably in automotive field and/or in international manufacturing companies
8 年以上质量管理工作经验, 最好曾在汽车领域或国际制造业公司任职
- Fluent Chinese (native) and English language skills, both oral and written, German language skills are an advantage
熟悉中文 (本土) 和英文语言技巧, 包括口语和书写, 会德语者优先
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), must be able to create clean and easy to understand documents
精通 MS 办公室软件 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), 必须能够清晰的创建和读懂文件
- Very familiar with tool injection moulding, painting and laser etching process
非常熟悉注塑成型模具, 喷漆和镭射
- Strong communication and negotiating skills with the customer for all project related issues

- Very good knowledge about product TS16949, PPAP, APQP, 8D, SPC, MSA etc. standards and related documentation for plastic components
