工作职责：
As a key member of LWT Asia R&D team, you will be responsible for:
作为LWT Asia R&D团队中的重要一员，你的主要职责为：
? Working closely with Asia aesthetic designer on product design feasibility check and manufacture plant on production feasibility check within target cost & requirements and output with professional 3D2D drawing & BOM for accurate quotation and easy production.
在既定目标价格及要求的范围内，与外观设计一起优化设计可行性及与制造工厂一起优化制造可行性, 并以专业化的图纸和料单作为输出，确保能够精准报价及容易生产。
? Responsible for package design to meet protection surface requirements with different transportation ways, and deliver cost optimized package.
负责产品包装设计，在不同运输方式下满足包装保护和外观要求。
? Establish and timely review & update specification and ensure them conform the actual and can support business growing healthy.
建立和定期回顾和更新技术规范以确保其符合实际及能够支持业务健康发展。
? Reasonably schedule parallel NPDs and ensure them on time launching.
合理的制定并行产品开发计划并确保其能够按时上市。
? Work with responsible team to set up cost analysis system and responble for product cost optimization to reach NPD yearly saving target.
同相关负责部门一起建立成本分析系统，负责产品成本优化品以达成年度NPD节约目标。
? Conduct NPD on site evaluation and gather improvement suggestions from market, QA, OEM vendor and other departments and also push to implementation.
主导样品评估、收集各部门的改进建议，同时推动这些改进建议的实现。
? Work with responsible teams to certificate new OEM vendor and inlove in rountine vendor management to improve their production process stability.
与相关部门一起认证新OEM 供应商，并参与供应商日常管理以提升其生产工艺稳定性。
? Keep good relationship with internal and third party lab and responsible for certificating material and product at NPD stage and also properly solve the problems arising from the certificating.
与内外部实验室保持良好的联系，负责产品开发阶段的产品、材料认证，并新材料&部件开发，并做相关的测试&认证，并且解决认证中出现的问题。
? Necessary technical support&coach to logistic, OEM vendors and sales team on freight& stock, trouble shooting and FAB (Feature, Advantage, Benefit).
给予后勤、OEM供应商及销售团队必要的关于运输和存储、问题解决、FAB等方面的技术支持和指导。
? Coordinate with responsible departments, e.g. MKT, OEM team, QA, sales, after service and OEM vendor, to ensure smooth workflow.
协调相关部门，例如市场部、OEM 、QA、销售、售后、供应商等以确保工作流顺畅。
? Responsible for completion of 5 yrs. technology roadmap and 3 yrs. NPD roadmap.
负责实现5年技术路线图及3年新品路线图。
? Work closely with QA to deal with customer claim & complain, timely summarize and analyze the figures and give valuable suggestions accordingly.
与QA一起处理客户投诉及抱怨，定期汇总、分析数据，并据此提出有价值的改进建议。
? Responsible for the archiving engineer and technical doucments, timely distribute to responsible departments and record.
负责归档整理工程技术文件，及时分发到相关部门及记录。

任职资格：
? Bachelor or above degree major in furniture design, engineering design, forestry and other related subject.
学士及以上学历，家具设计、工程设计、林业等相关专业。
? Experienced in MS office, Auto CAD and Pro. E software is at least, others related is preferred.
熟练使用办公软件、Auto CAD 和Pro E 软件， 同时熟悉其他软件者优先。
? At least 5 yrs. working experience on furniture design and development, work experience in international company is preferred.
至少5年家具设计和开发经验，有跨国公司工作经验者优先。
? Well understand related standards regarding product, material, package and components across Asia-Pacific, European countries and America.
熟悉亚太国家、欧美国家关于家具、材料、包装及配件的相关标准。
? Well skill in project management, process set up, cost analysis, also can drive project aggressively.
良好的项目管理、流程建立、成本分析技能，能够积极推动项目进展。
? Be familiar with NPD&MFG process of panel and frame furniture.
熟悉板式家具及框架式家具的开发和生产制造流程。
? Conversation in English and proficient in written in English.
精于英文书写，并能用英文对话。
? Adequate analytical skills, self-confident and persuasive with strong communication.
