职位描述：
1. Optimize the mold design with supplier to improve the mold efficiency;
2. Assist mold maintenance supervisor to prepare mold prevention maintenance plan and follow strictly;
3. Provide mold maintenance and related training to production team;
4. Improve continuously productivity in production in order to reduce our production costs: increase equipment efficiency, optimize production routines, decrease scraps;
5. Involve in the new projects mold development and responsible for the mold qualification
6. Fully support to EHS work
Requirement：
1.Diploma or above, majoring in mold design & manufactruing;
2.More than2 years work experience in plastic industry. At least 3 years on. the cosmetic packaging is prefer.
3. Familiar with mold design, manufacturing and maintenance, with dispensing molds background is prefer;
4.Good on both of team work and individual work;
5.Positive and open mind and also potential to be developed;
6.Strong CAD, Pro-E operate ability, familiar with CAD/CAM system;
