Job Title: Implementation Coordinator
Job Place: Suzhou
Salary negotiable
JOB Functions/Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer oriented solutions offered by Fastenal including but not limited to vendor managed inventory, vending machines, KanBan, On-site service and other solutions.
- Routine maintenance and assembly of the industrial patent machines in the build center and generate routine reports.
- Establish and maintain consistency and manage changes in the system performance, functional, and physical attributes.
- Assists the customer through solution based proposals using facets of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping and cost savings.
- Drive new business with strategic sales team and push for successful implementation,
deploying project management knowledge and full implementation aspects.
- Develop and maintain 6S activities internally and externally.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 1+ year work experience or outstanding college graduates.
- Solid English skills of reading, written and speaking.
- Hard working and great sense of responsibility.
- Fast learner and team player.
- Full understanding of high quality customer service and project implementations.
- Excellent problem solving management, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- PMP and/or lean six sigma related background is preferred.
- Good planning and strong organizational skills
- Experienced in time and multi-tasks management
- Good skills at MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel
