职位描述：
About Our Client:
? Our client is a famous foreign company in Jiangsu area with focus in plastic area;
? High lights of this client: our client hold competitive salary, stable and growing business, sustainable retention plan for employee;
? Salary Range: 280k ~ 400k;

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
? Manage the whole project department and report to Plant manager directly;
? Assign new projects to project engineers and control the quality, schedule and cost;
? Involve in pre-project with technical discussion, DFM report review and sales;
? Support project engineers to communicate with customer and manage the customer complain;
? Support project engineers to carry out the new projects smoothly and successfully in the whole process;
? Update the project status, sales revenue and department status regularly to Plant manager;
? Lead and coordinate main projects and to be the main communication window to customer directly;
? Lead project meetings and develop team competence;

Job requirement:
? Diploma or above;
? 8+ years’ experience in injection mould;
? 5+ years’ experience in project management;
? 2+ years’ experience in project department management;
? Knowledge of injection molding processes and tooling structure is a must;
? Rich experience in Packaging and automotive mold business;
? Good English skills in both written and oral is a must;
? Excellent communication skills and leadership behavior;
? Strong sense of responsibility and initiative working attitudes;
? Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoints, Project. ERP skill is desired;

Job Skills:
? Familiar with Plastic molding, injection, tooling field;
? High project management skill;
? Strong communication skill;
? Excellent team management skill;

Education:
? Bachelor Degree or above in industrial engineering or mechanical;
? MBA preferred;
? 10 years above working experience including 5 years above cross team management scope;
? 3-5 years as a plant manager or operations manager of a large scale;
? Solid experience in auto industry and rich manufacturing experience;
