The Position

We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to support a diverse range of talent acquisition initiatives in our Torino, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices. This internship is suitable for students with strong interpersonal and communication skills who aspire to learn in a fast-paced e-commerce industry environment.

? Tasks and responsibilities
? Support recruitment initiatives by updating the recruitment system, post job advertising, sourcing applicant, applicant screening and scheduling interviews.
? Research on new recruitment channels to expand the candidate pools.
? Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners or agencies.
? Communicate with candidates about position related questions and manage the onboarding process.
? Handle employee contract documentation and visa related questions.

The Ideal Candidate
? Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
? Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel required).
? Strong organization, communication and problem solving skills.
? Enjoy working with people in a diverse environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
