Objective of Job
1. Responsible for Engine sensors development and release all program deliverables including, but not limited to, SOR(State of Requirement), drawing, TR score, PV plan, CRF, and other document;
2. Responsible for ensuring component quality and timing is not compromised with local suppliers. Resolve all component quality issue during launch;
3. Bridge the communication gap between FCA (NAFTA & EMEA) and JV partners. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong English capability (both written and verbal) is mandatory;
4. Support Purchasing to analyze supplier technical capability, make localization plan;
5. Support JV and supplier cost down work;
6. Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/Company.

1. Design drawing release
2. TRE, SOR , DV/PV release
3. Supplier technical management
4. BOM management
5. CCD/ODM management
6. Team center 3D model management
7. Resolve components quality issue

Qualifications
Education:
* Bachelor degree or above; Major: Electronic, Electrical or Automation

Experience:
* Engine sensors development experience;

Skills & Competence:
1. Familiar with Engine sensors development, like Engine oxygen snesor, oil pressure sensor, knock sensor and so on;
2. Good English/Mandarin oral and written communication skills;
3. At least 4 years for Bachelor degree, or 3 years Master Graduate;
4. Familiar with engineering and office software.
