Kings has four colleges located in the UK: Oxford, London,Bournemouth and Brighton, each of which have an outstanding record of preparing international students for their university studies in the UK (through the provision of GCSE, foundation and A-level courses) with many entering the top 10 UK universities.

Kings is developing strongly in the US, building on our existing colleges located in the popular locations of Boston, Los Angeles, New York and New Jersey. We offer Pathways to Second Year and Direct University Placement programmes. All pathways fully prepare students for entry to highly ranked universities, with many alumni entering top 50 US universities.

Now Kings has 3 campuses in Shanghai. Kings Shanghai Jinshan Campus is preparing students to lead to one of the best schools in the US - Rutgers Prep School.

The role offers an interesting opportunity for work in the overseas education sector, with an introduction to the operational side of the industry. We are currently looking for an admissions manager to join our expanding team in China, working in Kings JinShan Campus.

This position is perfect for someone with an overseas education, looking to enter the sector, or for someone with administrative experience either in the sector, or looking to branch into it by working in an innovative, and rapidly growing, international education group.

You will be responsible for overseeing the application process for Kings Shanghai students’ before they transfer to Kings locations in the UK and US and help Kings Shanghai students with their UK or US visa applications.

You will also be responsible for the crucial after-arrival care, in terms of communications between the schools/students and parents in China. In return we offer a competitive salary, strong support and development opportunities within this growing sector.

Specific accountabilities 主要职责
Apply UK or US visa for Kings Shanghai students. 与Kings英美校区联络，为Kings Jinshan校区学生进行转校申请准备。
Work with Kings US/UK admissions teams to process student applications 为Kings Jinshan校区学生进行英美签证申请
Update student application database 保持学生申请进度，确保学生顺利拿到签证，进入英美校本部学习
Liaise between schools and students’ parents 与父母进行材料准备沟通

Key skills required 技能要求
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the following skill set:
Fluency in English and Mandarin (written) 流利的英语水平（特别是写作及阅读）
Highly organised 主动工作，注重细节
Experience with visa processing 英美签证经验
