职位描述：
职位描述
1.跟据计划员所排定的日计划与周计划安排员工组织生产。
2.能解决一些常见的机床故障
3.确保所负责班组每天的产能，实时跟踪机器与人员产能情况，并作好记录。
4.对所生产的产品质量负责，并配合质量部门对产品进行相关的质量控制。
5.培训员工的操作技能与质量意识。
6.负责生产劳动纪律管理，督促员工遵守劳动纪律。
7.负责工作现场的5S。
8.对生产人员的安全负责，培训与监督员工的安全生产意识。
9.安排员工对机器的进行日常点检保养，并配合其他部门对机器进行维修与改造。

岗位资格要求
1.高中或中专以上学历。
2.三年以上相关操作经验，有解决问题的能力。
3.有一定的沟通与管理能力。能适应翻班工作。
4.熟悉法兰克 系统，能手动编程操作
5.熟悉液压夹具原理与机械制图，具备一般刀具知识
6.会使用MS Office系列软件(Excel,outlook,word)
