1、对项目范围内的各项活动做出合理的计划与安排，领导和参与项目执行计划的制定
Within the scope of the project on the activities make reasonable plan and arrangement, lead and participate in the project implementation plan.
2、根据项目要求及工作情况，对设计团队的组织结构进行有效调整，定期评价组织成员，描述项目各主要人员的职责范围，确定团队管理制度的能力
According to the project requirements and the working situation, effectively adjust the organizational structure of the design team, regular assessment organization members, describing the project's major personnel responsibilities, to determine the ability of team management system.
3、指导项目团队,按项目操作流程开展项目工作,有清楚的行动方向
Guide the project team, according to the project operation process to carry out the project work, have a clear direction.
4、建立及贯彻项目管理制度（包括项目费用、沟通、文档等的管理，这些制度是项目过程中成员的共同工作准则）；
Establish and implement the project management system (including the management of the project cost, communication, documentation, etc, the system is in the process of the project members work together principles);
5、独立审查项目团队操作流程及设计流程是否符合公司规范及适宜性
Independent review project team operation process and the design process is in compliance with company standards and suitability.
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，机械设计及自动化或电子电器相关专业
Above college Educational ,Specialty in Mechanical design and automation or electronics related major
2、5年以上相关工作经验，对项目管理的流程熟悉
Above 5 years of PM experience, good understand of all PM process
3、对汽车电器原理、线束设计、线束工艺等相关知识熟悉
Good understand of vehicle electrical principle, design of wiring harness, wiring harness technology and related knowledge.
4、具备TS16949体系培训、APQP、PPAP培训经历
Have training experience about TS16949 system、APQP、PPAP
5、 具有组织团队以及沟通能力,具有具备团队意识、敬业奉献精神、具有较强的学习能力和职业道德
Good skill in Organize,team leader and communication skills, Has the team consciousness, professional dedication, strong learning ability and professional ethics
6、熟悉办公软件的运用
Familiar with office software application
