1、 师范类院校或艺术学院等相关专业专科或本科以上学历者优先；
2、 有极强的沟通能力，普通话标准，能很好的辅导模特教学课程内容及舞台技巧等；
3、 能编排少儿模特表演秀等节目及会做日常招生工作；
4、 有相关少儿或成人模特教育经验或舞蹈表演经验优先选择；
5、 品德端正，有责任感和敬业精神，并且热爱少儿教育事业；
6、 有大型秀场编导经验者优先。
7、少儿民族舞经验或爵士等艺术经验者也可以。
