职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责生产线的技术支持及协调工作；
2、根据生产进度及时对生产工艺进行调整并进行监控；
3、负责生产计划落实、跟踪，协调、解决生产中出现的问题；
4、参与制定新产品的开发计划，合理安排试制生产工艺流程。

任职资格
1、本科以上学历相关专业毕业；
2、5年以上汽车零件生产相关工作经验；
3、熟练使用常用办公软件，英文良好；
4、注重关心产品质量；
5、性格沉稳，细致,有责任心,团队意识强。


Responsibilities
Run her/his own project to increase the efficiency in Gnotec’s different processes
Detail study production flow and suggest changes to increase efficiency and cost savings in Gnotec Kunshan without loss of quality
Support external suppliers with information regarding LEAN thinking
Continuous work with TAK/OEE improvement and follow ups

Qualifications
Engineering exam (Production Engineer)
Good knowledge regarding stamping, welding processes
Good experience from automotive industry (International) and their requirement
Good knowledge regarding LEAN manufacturing (International) processes and tools
Good knowledge regarding TAK/OEE
Good knowledge in machine utilization
Independently see and catch up problem in production flow.
Have a good touch and attitude with Gnotec team/group.
High level of spoken/written English/Chinese languages
Good knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook and Power point
Ability to plan and assign tasks

核心技术
1.冲压成型模拟技术分析以防下工序产品起皱，破裂。
2.冲压模具设计模拟分析，保持产品几何公差和稳定。
3.焊接参数控制包括压力，温度以防产品过烧，焊接不牢。
4.机械手臂的运用控制，保证产品质量稳定，提高效率。
5.焊接视频监控的运用，可实现焊接无人模式操作。
