职位描述：
Supplier appraisal and quality assurance for raw materials
供应商评估与原材料质量保证
? Performs audits and conducts reviews on suppliers to ensure safety and quality of all ingredients and packaging materials, document findings and identify risks.
实施审核和供应商回顾，保证所有原辅料和包装材料的食品安全性和品质，并检查文件和识别风险
? Familiarisation with process conditions and practices of suppliers to assess potential supply risk including quality, safety and supply resilience.
熟悉供应方的工艺条件和操作行为，评估潜在供应风险包括质量，安全和供应可靠性。
? Clearly communicate audit results and recommendations for improvement to Suppliers and to the business.
清晰向供应商和业务沟通审核结果和建议改善项。
? Ensure supplier complies with Devro’s ethical, environmental, safety and quality requirements.
保证供应商符合得福乐的道德，环境，安全和质量的要求。
? Provides follow up support activities to Suppliers which may include identifying the root cause of non-compliance, assessing risk, and providing direction on potential resolution.
向供应商提供跟踪支持，应该包括识别不符合项的根因、风险评估、提供潜在方案的方向。
? Evaluates Supplier response to Management System, Regulatory and GMP deficiencies and determines their adequacy to resolve the deficiency.

? Compiles Site Metrics and Reports and provides Analytical data as an input to the Management Review by tracking and trending audit results.

? Provide expertise on safety, hygiene and HACCP for the plant.
为工厂提供食品安全，卫生和HACCP相关的专业建议。
? Supports Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs functions across the Devro group of companies to identify compliance risk, develop action plans, report progress, and ensure closure.
支持得福乐集团的质量保证和法律法规部门去识别法规风险，建立行动计划，汇报流程和保证关闭。
? Manages the New Materials Inventory Request system to ensure all new materials which are being considered for use directly in the process are compliant against current legislation. (e.g. alternative collagen sources, food contact packaging, food contact equipment, etc.)
管理新原料需求系统，保证所有新原料都符合目前的法律法规（例如胶原蛋白原料，内包装和食品接触设备等）

? Participates in Global Quality projects that enhance global compliance and support business objectives.

? Assist for managing quality and food safety management system.

? Participate the internal audit of ISO9001 & FSSC 22000
参与ISO9001和FSSC 22000的体系内审
? Support the 3rd party accreditations and customer audit/visit
支持第三方审核以及客户审核/参观
? Prioritises software for instant traceability of all raw materials
保证所有原材料在软件系统中的可追溯性


经验及技能要求：
? 食品、科学或质量相关专业本科及以上学历。
University degree or above in food, science or quality based subject.
? 熟悉质量与食品安全体系标准和环境体检（如ISO9001， FSSC22000， ISO 14000）。
Familiar with the quality and food safety system standard such as ISO9001, FSSC22000 and ISO 14000.
? 至少三年质量/食品安全体系审核经验（主任审核员优先）。
Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality/food safety auditing (Leader auditor is preferred).
? 良好的英语读、说、写能力
Fluent skills in English reading, speaking and writing
? 能适应经常出差 Accept travel 举报 分享
