职位描述：
Experience:
1.A minimum of 2 – 5 years manufacturing experience with a minimum of 2 years as production Supervisor .

2.Local language and English ability.

3.Industry background is open with a preference for textile industry

4.Undergraduate degree in textile / mechanical engineering required


Knowledge and Abilities

1.Technical knowledge of Textile weaving, Familiar with weaving and knitting machines and operation processes
2.Knowledge for production tools (5S, AM, PM...)
3.Good experience of working in team based environment
4.Strong Organizational Development & Communication Skills: Has the ability to organize cross functional initiatives
5.Coaching Skills: Has the ability to coach employees through complex problem solving process.
