职位描述：
监督、管理收到订单至执行完成订单的整个过程
Monitoring and managing customer orders in the whole process from receiving to completing
跟踪交货期以及时完成订单执行
Track delivery, make sure customer orders be completed in time
组织和执行发货
Organization and implementation of delivery
针对客户订单相关的任何问题，及时准确的与客户沟通以提高客户满意度
For any questions about customer orders, communicate with customers accurately and timely, so as to improve customer satisfaction
及时将投诉信息反馈至销售和应用技术相关人员
For customer complaints, give quick feedback to relevant sales and application Engineer
处理询价.准备报价及协助完成报价
Dealing with price inquiries. Preparing and assisting to complete price quote
与销售和应用技术人员合作，共同维护客户信息，如订货类型、规律等
Cooperate with sales and Application Engineer to maintain customer information, such as order types and regularities etc.
