2 - Missions
Contributes to the implementation of a consistent quality policy with customer's commitments by ensuring appropriate with
respect to customer communication, optimum reactivity in handling problems and a dynamic of continuous improvement of
the quality level.
Ensures that processes needed QSE management system are established, implemented and maintained.
Identify methods to ensure the effective operation and master of these processes and ensure awareness of customer
requirements and regulatory deployed at all levels.
Reports to the General Manager of the QSE management system situation and any need for improvement
Leads the internal audit process and audits of third party.
Ensures mastery of document management and records and pilots the implementation of management systems for safety and
the environment.
Train and coach the QC technician
Quality control: Computer tools (ERP Sage, …), Production team, Equipments, Industrial tools, QC technician
Quality system: Internal auditors, Chomarat quality management, Norms and regulations
6- Knowledge and profile required
Bachelor degree or above
Good written and oral expression in Chinese and English
Familiar with QC tools and Problem solving tools (QRQC, Doc 8D, PDCA, Statistic tools (Cpk, SPC…), FMEA, Monitoring plan…
Good technical knowledge of the industry (technical, scientific, textiles, chemicals, composites, plastic, …)
Precision, rigor, observation skills and pragmatism
Interpersonal skills, Team spirit, Ability to lead a working group
Ability to persuade and to negotiate, Ability to manage conflict situations, Mobility for frequent travel
ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 internal auditor certificate
