职位描述：
Summary Statement:

Reporting to the Director, Regional Finance and working daily with the management team of Shure's China marketing and sales entity. The incumbent is responsible for the following:
Responsible for the management of daily posting of financial transaction entries into SAP system in compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and Shure's internal accounting and company policies.
Liaison with Hong Kong Finance team regarding all financial activities and matters.
Liaison with external accounting and tax reporting service providers to support and assist with: the preparation of all required statutory PRC tax filings, the preparation of PRC GAAP compliant financial statements, execution of daily bank account transactions, other work as required by the business.
Preparation of monthly business financial statements and management reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Forecasting, annual revenue and expense budget, sales forecasting, and internal management reporting.
Liaison and coordinate with Suzhou Finance and Tax Associates for ongoing business issues and reporting.
Liaison with Corporate Finance for questions on business activities, support for local and corporate projects, PRC tax matters, and discussion of financial results.
Support the Asia management team in achievement of business objectives by providing ad hoc and project financial analysis and recommendations, review of business unit monthly financial results, and other financial as required by local and corporate financial
Local accounting and finance subject matter expert and support to facilitate the implementation of additional SAP functions to the China business unit.
Other duties as assigned


Representative Duties:
Liaison with outside government agency representatives as needed to address questions relating to business activities


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/business or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, with 3+ years management experience, in MNC environment preferred, experience with budgeting and planning is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of local PRC statutory accounting standards and tax regulations with familiarity of US GAAP accounting rules.
Strong in analytical and problem solving skills, and strong business acumen
Able to work well and communicate with local China Associates, Asia regional Finance Associates and members of Shure corporate finance. Strong communication and presentation skills in Mandarin. Working knowledge and ability with English.
Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, well-organized, and time-management skills
Knowledge and experience in using SAP accounting system is preferred
