Objective of Job:
? Consolidate country financial reporting for China. Collaborate with entities across China, understand the business rationale behind report, and deliver valuable analysis to senior management. Provide deep dive analysis for China imports and China local business.

Task Description:
? Collect and prepare monthly P&L reporting for China combined, including national sales company, joint venture, Financial Co., After sales, R&D center; Provide meaningful comments for their performance vs budget/forecast/prior year, etc.,
? Provide deep dive analysis for China imports and local business, coordinate with China JV local team to closely monitor and track local business and royalties;
? Supervise the monthly/quarterly forecast closing process in HFM for China Combined business;
? Prepare the China Combined annual operating plan and 5 year business plan development submitting to senior management;
? Review central charges/allocations information from other regions and perform deep dive analysis submitting to senior management;
? Ad-hoc analysis as assigned.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting or finance
? CICPA or other international accounting qualification holder preferred
? Experience:
- ＞=5 years’ related working record in Accounting or Finance
- Strong experience in financial analysis area, prefer ＞= 4 years FP&A experience in a Multinational Company
- Experience in automotive industry is preferred

- Strong communication skills, plus good written and oral English
- Excellent MS Office skillset
- Good team leader and positive attitude
