职位描述：
? Manage raw material and finished goods warehouse teams (Communication, G&O, Appraisals, Training plan) 管理原材料和成品仓库的团队（沟通，目标，评估，培训计划等）
? Determine Standardized Work for Logistics Operators and Materi-als Handlers 确定物流员工和物料操作员的标准作业
? Define optimized resources plan for internal Logistics to support plant activity 为内部物流制定优化的资源计划，以支持工厂的运营
? Ensure EHS compliance for all Internal Logistics activities and personnel (PPE, Handling and conveyance equipment suitability and conformity, Ergonomics) 在操作流程及人员方面确保环境，健康和安全的合规性（个人防护，搬运和传送设备的可靠性，人际工程等）
? Deploy support and maintain Materials Flow Management best practice on the shop floor (FIFO, 5S, Visual Management, Pull flow, Mizusumashi), ensure material and information aligned 部署和保持物料流管理方面的***实践（先进先出，5S，可视化管理，拉动，均衡补货），保证物料和信息流的一致性
? Propose & Implement layout and Process improvement 提出并实施布局和流程的提升
? Monitor Internal Logistics performance 管理内部物流绩效
? Conduct monthly stock taking and continuous cycle counting, discrepancy analysis 执行月度盘点和日常循环盘点，以及差异分析
? Other tasks assigned by superior 上级安排的其他事项

? College to Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Production or Manufacturing Engineering 大专或本科学历，供应链、生产或制造工程专业
? APICS / SCOR Certifications are a plus APICS / SCOR证书优先
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or Logistics Environment 制造业或物流行业5年以上工作经验
? Excellent communication / coaching skills 极佳的沟通/指导能力
