职位描述：
Job Description:
- Implementation of Project management procedures and principles;
        执行项目管理流程；
- Responsible for project engineering management including: design input/output documentation, technical clarification and/or coordination between Outotec technical center, supply department, manufacture workshop and supplier, technical issues management regarding risk, quality, logistics etc. ;
        负责项目工程技术设计管理包括：设计输入、输出文件管理；在奥图泰技术中心，采购部，制造部和供应商之间进行技术澄清和/或者技术协调；负责与风险，质量，物流等相关的技术管理；
审核和批准供应商款项涉及的技术部分；
- Acting as a window of engineering and responsible for technical coordination and solving technical issues between client and Outotec technical center ;
        作为工程技术窗口，负责在客户和奥图泰技术中心之间沟通协调解决技术问题；
- Manage technical part lessons learned during project execution;
        负责管理在项目执行期间技术部分的经验教训总结；
- Providing technical support during evaluation and selection of suppliers and contractors;
        提供供应商的评估与选择的技术支持；
- Monitor and expediting ofproject equipment delivery;
        项目设备的监控和催交；
- Support PM on project management as per PM’s requirement ;
        根据项目经理的需要支持项目经理的项目管理工作；
- Generation of supportive documentation for progress claims;
        准备或创建项目进度说明的支持文件；
- Review and validate vendor’s payment in case of technical terms;
        审核和批准供应商款项涉及的技术部分；
- Follow up the QEHS rules and regulations, obey the company management, wear and use the personal protective equipments (PPE) properly;
        遵章守规，服从管理，正确佩戴和使用劳动防护用品；
- Attend training and be familiar with related knowledge and skills in quality, environment, occupational health and safety (QEHS);
        接受培训，掌握质量、环境、职业健康安全（QEHS）相关知识技能；
- Report (potential) accidents in time if any;
        及时报告事故/隐患；
- Other tasks assigned by line manager;
         主管交代的其他工作。


Competencies and Skills 胜任资格和技能:
- Bachelor and above education background;
         本科及以上学历；
- 3 Years or above project relevant working experience;
         3年及以上相关工作经验；
- With large industry project engineering background and familiar with project engineering management process;
        具有大型工业项目工程技术背景并熟悉项目技术管理流程；
- With technical background specially good at mechanical / structural drawings;
         具有技术背景特别是熟悉机械/结构图纸；
- Technical reporting ability;
         能写技术报告；
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated, and team playing;
        乐观进取，良好的执行能力，自我激励且积极主动，有良好的团队合作关系；
- Caring about client needs;
        关注用户需求；
- Good interpersonal and communication, coordination skills, to get all necessary support from internal and external relationship;
        良好的处理人际关系和沟通、协调技能，能获得所有来自内部和外部必须的支持；
- Knowledge of QA procedures;
        熟悉QA流程；
- Good command in English;
        流畅的英语能力（听说读写）；
- Flexible to travel according to the company practice and business needs;
        能根据公司惯例和业务需要灵活出差；
- Can exactly follow the company work process and line managers’ guide for achieving the work tasks;
        能严格遵循公司的工作流程和主管的指导完成工作任务；
- Can fully follow the managers and organization’s arrangement to achieve the requested task no matter listed in the job description or not;
