About the Organisation:
This is logistics internet & mobile technology start up company.

Key Responsibilities:

? Work as a business driver and product owner in a scrum team for the Supply Chain FinTech product
? End to end management of the product lifecycle from concept to phasing out of the fin-tech product(s), including but not limited to supply chain finance, trade finance, payment tool and reconciliation, custody/escrow account, insurance, guarantee and risk participation etc.
? Process design for FinTech products connecting both client front-end and system/operation back-end to ensure legal, risk, IT, compliance and operation requirement are fully reflected in all processes designed; plan and execute product releases and launches
? Drive up product penetration and analyze key road-block of respective product; communicate and engage related parties to quickly address related issue for product commercialization
? Client requirement analysis across the entire supply chain among various parties and case study with the commercial stakeholder and partner companies to continuously enhance existing or develop new product over FinTech platform
? Perform competitor analysis on similar products and solution for better positioning and calibrating the FinTech solutions
? Contribute in defining the short-term product objectives and long-term product strategy and build up corresponding product road map
? Build up product documentations for both internal training/sharing and external presentation for effective client adoption and product commercialization
? Deliver PRDs (Product Requirement Document) and work with development team to deliver feature HLD (High Level Design) document
? Manage and facilitate communication across various functional teams with different business unit to generate synergy across all product offered by the company
? Provide input for marketing collateral development. Assist marketing team to produce product marketing plan and event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand
? Facilitate development and implementation of high impact projects and differentiated product positioning and messaging


Key Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, management or related majors
? Minimum 3 years of product management experience in banking or finance sector
? Deep understanding of supply chain finance or factoring is a must to this role; IT background or related IT experience such as e-banking or e-commerce would be a good plus
? Quick learner; creative and systematic thinking with good observation skill; good communication skill and teamwork spirit
? Passionate about supply chain finance industry and entrepreneurship, the ability to adopt the start-up working rhythm
? Familiar with the internet product development life cycle and agile methodology; able to use requirements analysis tools to carry out research and analysis
? Experienced with product documentation and has ability to communicate with software engineers
? Proficient in user experience and interaction design for product development purpose 举报 分享
