职位描述：
职位职责Tasks:
1. 成为公司的眼睛和耳朵， 跟踪客户的开发进度，确保满足客户的需求。
Be our eyes and ears at the customer. Follow the regular development at the customer to ensure their needs are being met
2.理解客户需求并传达给雇主中心，推动客户关闭自己的未完成事项。
Understand and transmit customer requirement to employer center, and push customer close their own open issue.
3.参与并支持与客户的沟通会议。
Participate in and support the communication meeting with customer
4.在客户面前永远代表公司的利益。
Represent your employers interest in front of the customer at all times
5.在公司与客户合作的各种项目中支持客户的设计，开发和产品规划过程。
Support the customer design, development and product planning process for various projects we have been awarded with said customer
6.在客户开发中心，测试站点，原型构建站点或生产构建站点上支持现场故障排除活动。
Support troubleshooting activites on site at the customer development center, test site, prototype build site or production build site.
7.支持RFQ活动以确保满足客户要求
Support RFQ activites to ensure the customer requirements are met
8.向客户介绍和讨论我们的解决方案。
Present and discuss our solutions with the customer
9.每天在客户现场工作，至少每月至公司技术中心一次。
Work at customer site daily, with at least monthly trips to employer technical center

任职要求Requirement：
1. 本科以上学历,机械或车辆工程专业。
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Vehicle Engineering
2. 1~3年汽车行业工作经验（橡胶，塑料或铝压铸经验），有在比亚迪工作过或者是和比亚迪合作过优先
1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry (rubber, plastic or aluminum dies casing parts is ideal). Experience working at or with BYD preferred
3. 有汽车零部件开发经验，积极主动，可独立工作，肯学习，有驻厂经验
Experience with automotive vehicle components development， Self motivated, able to work indepndently, strong drive to learn， Experience representing a supplier in front of an OEM customer
4. 会使用CAD软件 （会使用UG NX或CATIA优先）
Design capability in CAD software (UG NX and/or Catia) a bonus
