职位描述：
Main responsibilities
? Be responsible for collecting the relative laws and regulations of EHS
? Establish and develop EHS management and reporting system
? Implement applicable EHS laws and regulations including firefighting systems/control
? Ensure company is compliant with EHS standards and local requirements and EHS management agencies to maintain good cooperation and effective communication to ensure normal operation of the company.
? Perform internal EHS audits and corrective actions, work with employees to improve day to day EHS handling
? Report, investigate, analyse and correct all EHS issues
? Perform risk analysis and formulate relevant preventive measures
? Set up yearly EHS plan
? Ensure and maintain good communication and cooperation with government related to EHS and fire control
? Organise structural follow up by checklists and corrective action plans to ensure continuous improvement on EHS related matters
? Prepare management system and monthly reporting system
? Engage in the identification of (major) hazards and assist the management to set up improvement plans and contingency plans
? Follow up on safety accidents, act as first point of contact in safety accidents and report on accidents via structural reporting system
? Engage in the management of suppliers of safety and fire control maintenance
? Ensure ISO 14001 certification, prepare audits, follow up audits and findings
? Organise EHS activities within the company to ensure fill engagement of staff
? Organise emergency rescue drills
? Set up and organise EHS training plans (new employees, recurring training, ..) 举报 分享
