1)Assist the NPI manager to launch the new project from HQ&Asia customer,understand the customer requirement/input and know how and why
1)协助新项目经理从国外转移新项目,项目初始阶段明白客户的要求和原始设计原因
2)Assist the construction manager to finish the cooler design as customer request,review the technical process
to make sure the productin,supplier chain in China can fulfill the design requirement
2)协助工程经理按照客户要求完成产品设计，评审工艺流程确保设计的产品符合中国工艺流程
3) Prepare the detailed 3d model&2d drawings,the production fixture,make the partlist
3)准备详细的产品三维模型和二维图纸，生产治具/夹具，制作产品BOM
4)Maintian the AX system according the instruction for the technical section
4)按照指导文件操作AX系统（技术板块）
5)Work together with NPI manager after transfer the new project in China,make the internal project plan,milestone,
have the weekly project meeting to planning,implement,verification，report the project status to the management
5)与项目经理一起制定新项目的公司内部项目计划，项目里程碑，组织项目成员定期开会，跟踪项目的实施进度,报告项目进度，
确保项目按照计划执行
6)Assist the NPI manager to sove the problems during the production ,supplier,quality ect to ensure the product quality align with the customer requirement
6)项目执行过程中，协助项目经理解决产线，供应商，质量等环节出现的问题，确保新项目产品质量
7)Responsible for the ECR and follow up the ECN to close
7) 负责发放新项目的ECR，跟踪ECN直至关闭
8) Responsible for the design/process improvement test under the NPI manager's request
8)按照项目经理要求，负责做设计/制程的改善
9)Coordinate with production&quality department to prepare and submit the PPAP documentations to customer
9) 协调质量和生产部门，递交PPAP等质量文件

1)Mechnical Engineering major,Bachor degree above
1)机械工程专业，本科以上学历
2) Two or more years of mechanical design experience is preferred
2)机械设计工作经验优先
3)Have 2 years experience of project management
3)至少有两年项目管理工作经验
4)Have the experience of lean manufacture and process control，familiar with PPAP,FMEA etc
4)具有精益生产以及过程控制经验，熟悉PPAP，FMEA等质量控制文件
5)Good command of English, read, write and speak
5)英语读，写，听，说能力俱佳
6)Good coordination skill and pro-active，a good team-worker
6)具有很好的协调能力，做事积极主动,具有团队精神
7)Familiar with assemlby,welding,casting,sheet metal,machining etc technical process
