2.提供良率数据，协助生产部确定改善方向.Provide yield data to support operation to determine improvement direction.
3.品质异常的追踪、改善及效果确认. Quality issue track, improve and effectiveness verification.
4.报废板之判定,重工进度追踪. Scrap boards judgment and rework follow.
5.报废品之缺点现象分析. Scrap boards phenomenon analysis.
6.良率日报,周报,月报之制作。Yield daily, weekly and monthly report.
7.报废品之接收录入，管理。 Scrap boards receipt, record and manage.
