职位描述：
Main Purpose of Job:

Develop analytical instruments from concept to mass production within a dedicated team

Main Elements

1. Lead mechanical design for new products from concept to production and sales
2. Overall responsible for developing mechanical design and deeply involved in design process
3. Lead in mechanical development cycle to achieve the deliverables
4. Design review and work with engineering staffs to apply lessons learned into new designs
5. Be responsible for architecture design and negotiating for final industrial design of instrument
6. Lead interaction and cross-functional collaborations within dedicated projects
7. Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced engineers
8. Well balance of being involved in a task and letting people work independently

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, master degree is preferred
2. Be fluent in English, overseas education or experience is plus
3. Multi disciplinary products development processes in all phases of development, with minimum 3 years development experience in western company R&D centre
4. Strong knowledge of material, machining, sheet metal, stamping, forming, surface
treatment and welding processes
5. Proactive and goal oriented
6. Strong planning, coordination and communication skills

2009年，在苏州工厂又成立了研发中心，经过两年的发展目前研发中心已经拥有技术骨干30多人，主要进行新产品和解决方案的开发和技术创新以不断满足中国及全球客户的需求。这个团队还在不断的扩大并将在集团的整个研发职能中发挥越来越重要的作用。

2012年，苏州又建立了CA产品的全球技术支持中心，为全球的CA用户及销售提供技术支持服务以提高客户满意度和不断完善产品技术和功能。目前已有产品专家和全球技术支持工程师8人。
