ob Summary:
? Supports activities required to develop new Chemicals and material through timely documentation, process analysis & improvement, defect analysis, and other technical support. Participate in projects to improve Chemicals and materials, from concept until production implementation;

Qualifications:
? Bachelor/Master degree in Polymer Science, Material Science, Chemical Engineering;
? Strong engineering background;
? Polymer/adhesive properties & application knowledge are required;
? Ability to work effectively on a team; self-directed and motivated; strong interpersonal skills-communication, influencing and negotiating skills;
? Good multi-functional skills;
? Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, statistical analysis tool like Minitab;
? Positive, team work, independent & self-discipline;
? Good communication in both English and Chinese;

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Factory based global role - set up adhesive relevant process & quality control system & consolidate them in Knowles global;
? Supports activities relevant to adhesives & chemicals required to develop new products & new process through timely project & process analysis, defect analysis, improvements, offering solution and other technical supports;
? Collaborate with PE, QA & MFG, supporting to set up adhesive relevant process & quality control system & consolidate all adhesive relevant system in Knowles global;
? Adhesive study & innovation based on Knowles product design & process;
? In adhesive level, support of New Product Engineering & new process projects through the use of design-to-cost principles, design for manufacturability;
? Maintain current knowledge and skills of the latest technologies;
