职位描述：
Education Level or Equivalent Experience:
1) Junior College or above the education (rubber or hose technology is preferred )
2) 2 years Manufacturing process working experience

Basic Knowledge and Skills：

1) Knowledge of the main parameter with CPK. analysis and problem solving;
2) Basic knowledge of working analysis and method
3) Basic oral English

Responsibility:
1) Process analysis and solve the problem, spec training and operator technical improvement
2) Process parameter trend chart analysis or CPK analysis ;Kaizen or A3 problem solving
3) Process regulations and Working instruction improvement and release and training
4) Tools online and incoming inspection ,tools maintenance
5) Scrap reduction :rubber compound reduction and steel wire reduction and finished goods yield improvement
6) Hose defect reduction :bobbin wind, braider and spiral ,extruder quality reduction
7) Production efficiency increased: manpower reduction, capacity increased.
8) Coordinate the production to implement the spec and monitor the spec
9) Cooperation with QA to analysis the leakage root cause and other custom claim problem
10) Cooperation with rubber term to optimize extrusion process or solve the extrusion problem
11) Cooperation new tech dept. to test the new material and new technical process 举报 分享
