职位描述：
1.In-process quality control /过程质量控制:
？ Daily products sampling inspection /日常产品抽检
？ Semi-products inspection /半成品检验
？ Control coating quality of coating supplier /控制电镀供应商的电镀质量
？ Final products inspection /最终产品检验
？ In-process abnormality feedback and corrective effect follow up/制程异常反馈，以及异常改善效果追踪；
？ Filing and keeping in-process inspection sheet/ 现场检验记录的整理与保存；
？ Keeping and maintaining site documents and quality tools/现场文件、量治具保管和保养
2. Incoming Quality/来料检验
？ Implement incoming inspection according incoming inspection rules/ 依照进料检验规范实施进料检验；
？ Recording, sorting and filing incoming inspection data/进料检验数据的记录整理与存档；
？ Feedback and Handling incoming abnormality timely /进料异常的及时反馈与异常的处理；
3. Outgoing Quality Control /出货品质检验
？ Responsible 负责产品入库前的终检工作、出货前的检验；
？ Collecting, confirming and sorting final product and outgoing product data / 产品入库、出货数据的收集、确认、整理；
？ Confirming and re-inspection to return goods from customer/客退品进行确认和复检；
？ Finishing outgoing goods inspection report according to related requirements依照要求完成产品出货报告的填写；
？ Responsible for track back and determine for nonconforming product /不合格品的追溯、判定
？ Handle with non-conforming products, take corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality /处理不合格品, 采取纠正和预防措施提高产品质量
？ Inspection documents and records control /检验文件和记录的控制
