Responsibilities:

- Support new customer’s orders or inquiries from our overseas businesses.
- Follow up with manufacturing plant to ensure order is received and on track.
- Identifies customer requirements and ensures that they are answered or routed through to the appropriate support area.
- Manages customer escalations and ensures that these are answered, tracked and escalated as required. Escalates issues outside of service boundaries when a resolution is unable to be confirmed.
- Provides call backs and or call downs to our clients as required.
- Provides a high level of professional and competent customer service and is able to communicate effectively with customers;
- Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility to ensure customer are satisfied.
- Attend international exhibitions to support customer needs.
- Support finance department for data collection.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Finance or Engineering would be preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of customer service or sales experience.
- Fluent in English able to communicate with International Clients.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical problem solving skills
- Self-disciplined, perceptive, and proactive
- Action and service oriented – can demonstrate initiative and a friendly, "can do" attitude.
- Able to travel for international exhibitions.
