Be responsible for the assembly production in normally and orderly. Control and maintain the production cost and SAP system. Responsible for APS as well.
? Make the whole productive plan, and make the corresponding adjustment according to the actual situation.
? The synthesis productivity, the labor, machine value and forecast.
? Make the plan of recruitment according to the productive efficiency.
? Give support to improve output according to the sales status (for example: innovation production line and so on).
? Making the training plan for the worker.
? Track the new project (new product), make the production flow or arrange the production timely.
? Deal with the serious quality issue, guarantee the product quality with the quality section.
? Deal with the serious machine problems, guarantee the machine to run normally with the equipment department
? The report making, analysis, statistics & the production cost reducing.
? SAP system data establishment, maintenance, analysis, and statistics and so on.
? Ensure production complying with company EHS policy and regulations, push EHS actions in production.
? Daily work that manager assigned
? APS and CI (continuous improvement) leading
Education:
Major in engineering management Junior college and above educational.
Experience:
At least 2years working experience in plastic industry
Skills:
Well-Versed with office software& English written and oral communication skill
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Work conscientious and earnest, strong learning capacity and receptivity.
Good people management knowledge
Develop people
Quickly solve the problems through the team work
