Objective of Job
PC (Project Chief), guarantee the development of the system/component of the project according to quality, time and cost objectives and ensure compliance with technical requirements.

Brief Task Description
1. Supports PR with vehicle-line specific activity.
2. Lead and coordinate technical issue resolution with support of the DR.
3. Work with engineer to realize component release coordination for project requirements.
4. Technical specification lead to support sourcing.
5. Manages all product cards, support timing of the program, and provides the interface to procurement.
6. Manage change management (documentation, cost & timing, implementation).
7. Supplier readiness.
8. Lead build coordination. Represents engineering for problem solving at press shop, bodyshop, paintingshop and assembly plant.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above.

Experience:
5-8 years of experience in auto engineering. Preferred: Manufacturing/Assembly plant build experience, localization experience.

Skills & Competence:
1. BIW system design know-how and development experience.
2. Knowledge of die and fixture guidelines & standards.
3. Knowledge of BIW parts DV&PV test, SQAP&PPAP procedure.
4. Be capable of English as working language, Italy is a plus.
5. NX/TC skills. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and Project.
