Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma in Marketing or relevant field. Overseas qualifications highly valued.
- At least 5 years of related work experience, preferably working with an International Company or in an overseas country
- Bilingual and fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and willingness to work extended hours as needed
- Prior work experience in a school e***ironment preferred
- Ability and willingness to work as a member of a team
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
 
Responsibilities:
BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT
- Enhance government relationships
- Arrange and conduct a schedule companies visits, at least one week in advance
- Work in effective teams – visits to be with the principal and or other marketing staff where possible, and or the relevant translator… ie Korean, Japanese etc
- Conduct market research and report findings with recommendations so the Principal.
 
PARENT LIAISON
- Overview the running of the parent liaison team
- Provide training and discussion forums to further develop the team's performance
- Allocate roles and responsibilities in the PLO team
- Conduct parent tours of the school
- Liaise with Principal for class placements, students assessments for placements, notifying parents of placements and complete the requisite paperwork to ensure accountable school document management procedures.
- Provide oral and written translations as required which may include, but is not limited to, parent correspondence, meetings newsletters, reports provide high quality service and reception duties on the "front desk" or reception of the school as required.
 
WEBSITE
- Take the lead on preparing material for, and managing the school website updates
- Research and propose additional elements which can enhance and develop EHC websites
- Liaise regularly on website updates to Executive Principal EHC and Singapore HQ as required
 
COMMUNICATION
1 Prepare and maintain updated outreach materials: for Example
i. Parent Handbooks
ii. Brochure
iii. Leafl ets
iv. Parent advisory Curriculum Books
v. Admission packages
vi. Advertisements –magazines,
vii. Year book templates
2 Market Exposure:
i. Banners
ii. Adverts promoting events
iii. Attendance at functions such as business associations
iv. Editorials in magazines, websites, forums etc
 
3 Market Penetration:
i. Liaise with Marketing team to ensure;
ii. Connecting with Multi National and local company HR
iii. Regular contact with relocation agencies to ensure they have correct material
iv. Government Bureaus have correct information and materials, access to websites
 
EVENTS MANAGEMENT:
- Liaise with the Principal and Senior Management Team to identify and schedule events, including direct marketing events and open days, and all events on the school events calendar..
- In partnership with the Senior Management Team promote each event using materials, website and attendance at companies, personal leadership at the events
- Manage and coordinate events logistics
- Provide support through strategies, templates and materials to ensure branding consistency to EtonHouse events.
 
PROMOTION AND MARKETING
- In cooperation with the Principal, plan and manage the logistics of promotional events, school activities, visits, promotions, open house etc
- Coordinate annual school activities and events related to the promotion and marketing of the school, including all curriculum activities in line with associated budgets
- Coordinate EH branded production and advertising as requested
- Prepare all marketing and admission material, print, PPT, audio visual
- arrange for the publication of all school Handbooks including the parent handbook for each sector
- Oversea and arrange the set up of school displays
- Arrange the roster of after school activities, the engagement of external agencies as needed, the collection of student fees for after school activities
 
GENERAL:
- Develop a bank of high quality photographic data to support;
- Events promotion
- Events celebrations
- Facilities
- Student engagement
- Teacher development
- Parental i***olvement
- Ensure printing of materials is meeting EHC standards and practices
- Liaise regularly with Principal and Executive Principal
- Prepare regular reports for the Principal as directed
- Other duties as directed by Principal
