Job Description:
1. Management and arrangement of quality control team work, and guide each of employees according
to correct procedure to work.
2. Responsibe for the internal audit and process audit for planning and implementing
3. All of detection work for planning and implementing
4. Measuring tool to control for planning and implementing
5. Responsible for the customer complains of product quality,and supervising to take corrective measures
and implement
6. Assisting purchase department with quality audits of the outsourcing parts and external processing parts
for the first batch.
7. Taking necessary measures to assist project department with the quality assurance in new project
development.
8. Achieve the annual target of Quality Assurance Department according to GM approval.
Required qualifications：
1. Bacherlor degree with Engineering Background
2. Work experience requirement
2.1Mininum 5 years experience of quality assurance.
2.2Mininum 2 years work experience as quality manager.
2.3Quality assurance certificate and Internal review certificate.
3. Professional skill requirement
3.1 Leadership and organizing ability
3.2 Familiar with TS16949、ISO14000、VDA 、QS9000、6sigma、8D、APQP、5 Quality Tools、Lean、ERP/SAP
3.3 Master computer management of quality assureance
3.4 Be able to read drawing and interpret it.
3.5 Measuring technique; Knowledge of geometric dimensioning & tolerancing.
3.6 Able to operate meanual measurement tools and test facilities.
3.7 Statistical process control
4. Good team player, organizing, good comunication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good command of english or german, excellent verbal communication skills.
