职位描述：
(Sub-Contract)
Description:
1. Collaborate with IT&Telcom business units to manage strategic sourcing initiatives and commodity strategies to create an optimal number of top suppliers (preferred suppliers), provide competitive pricing, and implement sourcing strategies.
2. Leverage purchasing power, improve processes and systems to reduce overall cost of acquisition of IT solutions
3. Manage resale HW&SW sourcing in subcontracting projects (inclusive Could product, SAP license etc.)
4. Follow IT subcontracting sourcing end to end process, ensure on time delivery of resources and/or service with identified KPI and several types of saving target.
5. Experience on Supplier Performance Management
6. Support Lead buyers to deliver and achieve the objectives of the department and group target as well.
7. Drive results in customer and business cost reduction, growth initiatives, aggregating supplier volume, reducing price, utilizing sourcing tools, and driving compliance to contracts

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree and above
2. 3-5 years ITT & Services procurement experience, IT or consulting industry experience is preferred.
3. Knowledge on ITT & Services
4. Knowledge on 7-step strategic sourcing module
5. Result Driven & Can do attitude
6. Good Integrity and strong sense of compliance/risk avoidance
7. Capable to work independently whilst good team player.
8. Good interpersonal skills with fluent English skills.
