The Job:
? To participate in day-to-day operation for assignment package compensation and benefits administration including offer analysis, system update, contract/agreement/letter preparation, communication with assignees and leaders as well as oversea HR, etc.
? To coordinate with C&B team on compensation review exercise
? To manage the whole lifecycle of inbound and outbound assignment and liaise with external and internal vendors to provide necessary support
? To provide effective and customer-oriented services and advices to assignees/leaders and HR counterparts related to the Firm's mobility policies and HR related ordinances
? To prepare both regular and ad hoc management reports
? To assist in the implementation and administration of firm-wide Mobility initiatives and projects
The Person:
? A degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
? Around 3-4 years' relevant experience, preferably from sizable multinational company
? Good understanding of mobility assignment, local employment legislations and other regulatory compliance
? Good command of both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under tight timelines. Proactive and passionate about delivering good quality service with a flexible can-do attitude
? Good Excel and Word skills with practical work experience in SAP HCM are highly preferable
